First time experience has left a bitter taste

Purchased three items for the first time from CityMob on the 30th August. I received the order in the second week of September and one of the items that I paid R399, 00 was not as per the description that was advertised. It said mirror cut butterflies and I received plastic white cuts. When I queried this it took more than 3 emails for a response only to find out that other purchasers had complained and that they were going to get this picked up for inspection. This was done on the 30th September. I still have not received my refund. They finally come back to say that the item was not faulty however there was a problem with the adhesive. I had about three people look at the item and no way there was adhesive. It is now the 8th October and I still have received no refund. It is rather dissapointing in terms of the service, feedback and taking accountability and responsibility in an appropriate manner. After this experience I will not be able to suggest to my friends or colleagues to purchase from citymob.
