I proceeded to use Citymob for the first time, as it appeared to promote the up and coming ecommerce merchant.

The order process was seamless and the funds were quickly taken off my account for my purchase.

At 14:30 on Wednesday I received and email advising that my full order could not be fulfilled as the supplier did not have stock? I was given the option to proceed with part order or request a refund.

I sent a return email immediately requesting a refund. That evening I got a confirmation of order dispatched email and received the order the following day, irrespective of me requesting a refund.

I have subsequently sent two further emails into Citymob with no decency of a response yet they have still taken the full order value from my account.

Citymob... it's not the elephants that bite, it's the mosquitoes! I am happy to advise that I will not use your site again and will share my experience.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response on my query I will be heading to the bank to initiate a chargeback on the funds due to you as the Merchant not fulfilling the order.
