Purchased about 10 bags at your recent NineWest sale at the Rosebank Store, on the 20th of Sept
Im a bit disappointed as Im currently using one of the bags I have purchased and the magnetic clip keeps falling off. I keep having to check it in public and am afraid I will lose the parts rendering the bag useless.
I have tried screwing it on myself but this becomes a tedious every day occurance.
Please advise as I do know the Store was closing down so there is no real point going back get no response. I call your Busby offices and am regularly redirected and get voicemail boxes, leave messages, only to get no responses.im getting irate now at this behaviour and lack of response!!!
