Im the account holder and was promised that my account would get debited, first month nothing goes off, i get sms from them and calls saying my account is not paid. I phoned in and get promised a return call regarding the account, nothing happens, after several calls from my side to them again, i get told they will collect the money at my work. They arrive to collect the money and i get told from the manageress, she is going to sort it out, when she gets back to office, once again no call from them, 2nd month the same thing, up too today im still waiting for someone to call me back. I just had enough, what ever happened to cutomer care. Im ever sorry i gave them a second chance
