I bought a TV and took out the extended warranty.
The device started giving problems so I took it in.
They said it would be fixed within 3 weeks.
Every week since then I went back requesting feedback and 3 times they told me that the parts are being sent overnight.
I went back again and I was told twice again that there waiting for the regional managers response as to what to do about the repair.
It's been 2 months now and I am seriously frustrated and angry at the excuses I hear.
I have requested a new unit but obviously they have to get the managers approval.
