Pick n' Pay Bad Service and NO STOCK

I have been a very loyal customer of pick n' pay over the last eleven years and have forgiven the
multitude of annoyances every month due to that very loyalty. However this last trip was my last.
I have found over that everytime there is a promotional sale item Northgate has no stock and that very often when opening their doors they have no stock of the cheaper items on the shelves. I would understand if it were accross the board but only the cheapest? When I reached the fish gondalier I was shocked to find the entire thing empty and decided enough was enough. I took myself off to the management.
A gentleman by the name of Devin arrived bright and eager... who proceeded to tell me that they had problems with the fridge and had worked so hard to fix it. I smiled politely and then said "Forgive me Devin but for blooming its eleven o' clock and you have still not restocked." I will spare all the rambling excuses that followed. as a consumer I really don't want to know about a company's problems when I am spending 3000 rand every month with them.
After much back and forth I asked Devin if this meant I should go to Checkers and Devin said "You must do what you need to"
