A week ago i have complained about the unacceptable service I received from the Hi store. The Area Manager responded and promised to investigate, sort out the issue and call me back. To date he failed to do so and instead requested a staff member to call and repeat what I have been unhappy about. People rather purchase cellphones from better service providers who rendered such services for years.
