I roamed Somerset Mall to find a pair of black sandals for hours. After just having a harrowing experience at Foschini, I walked into Truworths.By then my feet were aching and my patience was wearing very thin. I found a pair of shoes that I liked and indicated to the gentleman (Kwanda) that was standing in the vicinity that I needed assistance. He came over immediately, greeted friendly and left to find the number that I was looking for. It did not fit and within seconds he returned with another pair. He was friendly, efficient, and very professional. What a pleasure! I went to the pay point, and although it was frustrating to stand in the long queue because only 2 of the 4 tills were open, the friendly, professional service made up for it. I left the store a happy, satisfied customer and I will most definitely return to Truworths again - their staff is motivated, clearly well trained and interested in serving customers.
