I was in food lover in Rustenburg on Saturday on the 29th of September to buy prawns not only did I waited for someone to help me but when I got to the till there was no prices and I waited again. I decided to help myself to get the price and that's when I saw that all of the boxes was labelled wrong (the boxes got stickers to show the pieces of the prawns the less prawns the bigger prawns) the manager said that they will fix it. As I got home I pulled the stickers of the boxes and saw that the pieces that was written on the box is way much smaller than the stickers that they put on the boxes. I phoned them and spoke to another manager named Andries that said they are aware of the problem. I requested the difference of my money back and I told Andries as well that my slip was damage cause it was put in a bag with the prawns and the slip got water but I'm able to tell him all the information on the slip. Very arrogant he said that he needs the original slip to refund me he will see if he can reprint the slip, head office will need the original slip and he will get back to me. On Wednesday I went back and got into an argument and I was told to never put my feet in foodlovers again?
