Good Day. I went to centurion Checkers hyper to buy prawns. We bought your prawn platter and prawn meat with toys that day. We first went to the fish counter, tried to ask the lady where the prawns that were on special are, she cut me off and told me to go look at her other counter. Furious i screamed back at her and asked her to allow me to finish. She then explained that it was in the aisle where the frozen patties and stuff where. I finally found what i wanted. Got home, started to prepare the food so i could cook it and opened the packet of the prawn meat. It smelt offish. So i told my husband that i was gonna take it back. When i got to checkers they were so unhelpful. I was sent back and forth. First there was no one at customer care. Then i had to wake for a manager that never came then when someone was at customer care they refused to help me because i had no slip and because the prawns were thawed out! This was unacceptable service on this store's behalf?? I expect something to be done about this?? Because i was tired of waiting i just left. I was tired and hungry?? I i left the prawns there and walked off
