Prawns purchased

I bought a box of prawns on Saturday and Hillfox, these were supposed to be Tiger Prawns but I was shocked at the size, more like "prince" prawns. The top looked good but the bottom, all were broken etc
Then, the lable said "40/60" prawns and when I counted, there were 38 prawns - how is this possible?
Not impressed
