We had a debit order returned from the bank from Hi-Fi corporation, after numerous requests asking the account department to debit our account on the 26th of every month, we made a EFT transfer on the 19th September for the arrear account., I have spoken to the accounts department at the Vaal Mall Monday the 30th, she told me that she picked up the payment from their bank statements and also told me that she send a note trough to head office to rectify this problem and to correct the debit date, but my husband is still receiving sms on a daily basis that our account is in arrears. funny how the customers don't get a sms every couple of months thanking us for our payments every month but boy oh boy just skip one month and you get spammed with sms every day!!!
