I purchased a lounge suite from Beares on the 05/09/2013. They delivered me a demo model and not the brand new unit that I had paid for. They also did not masterguard the suite although I had paid for this. After a battle with Beares I managed to have the unit returned and my money refunded. The monies were refunded today 01/10/2013 however they paid me R410.00 short. I refuse to deal with the store manager and his team any longer. The service received from them was very poor. I have a detailed account of every conversation to prove that. Can someone please let me know why I was short paid?
