I normally visit Outdoor Warehouse Stoneridge branch once a year to download the latest maps on my GARMIN NUVI 1310. I bought this GARMIN there in 2010. I do not do this myself because I usually experience it difficult to do it myself. I went there today just to be informed that their computer system is down and that I must come back next week. It is difficult to believe that a computer system will be down for the rest of the week and I think that is not acceptable. The staff is very friendly but I was disappointed about the fact that I have to go back NEXT week.
