Garmin has terrible Managers

A Nuvi 1310 older than 1 year just switches it self off as you are driving, then reboots and continues talking to you but no picture until you re-enter the pin number. I try to update software online to no avail so take it in to Garmin Cape town branch at Capricorn Park to help me with the software, which they can't who then courier it off to Jhb. Jhb then sends me a quotation for MORE than I paid for the device!! I do believe that Mapule Selematsela the Technical Administrator has done as much as he can but with no support from his superiors, his hands are tied. Jaco Smit phoned and said that he will send a courier a week ago and now I am still waiting. This has been dragging on from the end of August last year. I see that Garmin don't bother responding either, why am I not surprised!
