It's the 30th of September and to date no follow-up in the form of a phone call, e-mail, sms or even voice mail has been received by an American Swiss representative as promised on 25th September. I am yet again disappointed by the lack of urgency that my complaint is being treated with.
I will not accept this type of service.
I entrusted my watch to be fixed by you and will not as I stated before accept a mediocre replacement to placate me.
