Smart Shopper Card

I am really frustrated that I was not asked for my smart shopper card on friday. The cashiers always ask for the cards as we sometimes forget to give our cards. I bought over R1000 goodies and now I lost out on points because Susan was so unfriendly and did not even bother asking my card. It was close to closing and the service I received was pathetic! I feel if you cannot be friendly why choose that job in the first place?
