Even though we received a response to our complaint, still no one has even bothered to contact us!!! I would think that someone would actually take the time to sort out our problem, as you know the furniture at Rochester is not cheap so you expect to receive some service at least!!! Please arrange for our funds to be refunded to us and them some and collect your display set from my home as I can no longer deal with such incompetent people who does not know the first thing about client service.
