I made an internet transfer to my store account a month ago, unfortunately I omitted some numbers on my account, I contacted the wfs call centre who requested proof of payment which I provided and still to date no credit has be done to my account, after numerous email's and phone calls I have been given the run around by their call centre for a full month now, iam disappointed with poor pathectic service I have received with no resolution to my problem.
