I have been receiving missed calls from your company, non stop, up to 10 times a day since 16 September 2013. If these phone calls does not stop immediately I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer Ombudsman.
Your Call Centre agents doesn't even have the decency to talk to a person, they call and hang up. This is unprofessional, annoying & a complete waste of my time.
Remove all my details from your systems immediately and send your agents on a course for telephone etiquette.
