I Justice i went to Price `n Pride yesterday at Phumulani Mall in Tembisa to buy a DStv set and i was assisted by Thomas. The whole set was amounted to R499.00 and i asked Thomas how long is it going to take them to install it for me & he said it will be installed the very same day or today & he gave me the contact details of the guy responsible for installation. I phoned dat guy to find out when can he come to do the installation & that guy said to me he'll come this morning around 6:00 O? lock as he is tired & i said it's fine. When i realise that it's already 6:00 & he didn't pitch i decided to give him a call again & he said he will come around 9:00. When i get to work i phoned my wife to find out if the guy arrived & my wife confirmed that he didn't pitch & when i called him he said he is in Limpopo and he knows nothing about this & i decided to call Thomas for an alternative. So when talking to him he started to be rude to me of which it's not acceptable as i am the customer to them & expecting them to deliver the service i deserve.
Kindly address this with Thomas because is a bad reputation to your company & you might lose other customers because of his bad attitude.
