Unfortunately the resort was not of a high standard, hence my stay was not good.

Even though the unit is wheelchair compliant, there is no facility for an evacuation if in the event of a fire. We were marooned on the 8th floor on Monday morning (day of departure) as the lifts were not in operation. We became aware of the problem at 6:00am and could not get hold of reception to assist. (They only start at 7:30). (There units also do not have phones to contact reception, had to make several calls using my cell phone) After desperation to contact reception, I managed to get hold of the management board of the resort and they assured me that the resort's management will come and see us and rectify the problem. No management ever came to see or speak to us. When reception did open, a technician was called to fix the problem but he was not competent and another technician was called to take over. In the three hours that the technicians were there I requested twice for reception to assist with the luggage and no one came to assist.
Their main concern was about the inventory of the flat. We were on a daily basis requested to complete the inventory list from reception and before we left
