On the 21st of September 2013 I went to the Cash Crusaders in Durban Central to enquire about a Sanchez Guitar and Amplifier set advertised on special, I asked and was informed that I would be able to lay-buy this specific item at any of your branches.
On the 24th of September 2013 I went to your branch in the Phoenix Plaza as it is the closest to me and when I asked for the lay-bye, a sales person by the name of Desan refused to let me lay bye this item stating that you do not accept lay-byes on guitars and amplifiers.
I would like to know how is it that at one branch, I am informed that lay-byes are accepted at all of your branches and when I go to another, I am told that this is not the case.
