I bought the above mentioned shoe on the 5th September, I love the shoes and they fitted me and was excited about them up until they day I had wear with friends in Pretoria and I wore them I could hardly walk 5 minutes from the hotel room to the parking the shoe is scratching the back of my ankles and I developed blisters and still recovering. The back of the shoe is so hard hence the scratching and it's not comfortable.

and they responded that they cant take the shoe back cause the 14 days has passed. I wore the shoe after 14 days how would have known that the shoe is not wearable.
