Shoes broke after 3 days of purchase

I bought the shoe's 3 days ago in Kolonnade at Shoe city. Thus I bought the shoe's 26 Jan 2013. Wore them for the first time today the 29 Jan 2013 and they broke. This is unacceptable. You pay so much for their shoe's and then you definitely don't get what you pay for.
