I contacted woolworths about an online shopping issue - they are advertising the fact that they have revamped their online shopping but it is SO much worse that it was. I used to buy a lot of clothing through them online but now there is no choice at all in the Classic collection section. I contacted them about this and received an answer back which did not begin to address my queries and suggesttions at all. DO THEY ACTUALLY READ THEIR EMAILS BEFORE REPLYING?? And, of course, it was sent from "No reply" so you can't respond!
