Out of stock - ordered my size - a week later

I was at Melrose arch on the 14th September and saw a dress I really loved, they unfortunately didn't she my size, so I asked the casher to order from another store and send it to my store glosser to me to collect and she promised that I will receive the dress in 3 to 5 working days and an SMS still waiting with no communication and this is not the first time it happened at an forever new store so I wonder if they are interested in my purchase or do they make so much money that mine doesn't matter:-(
