Hi,
I went to CNA Boulders in Midrand to purchase a magazine, stood in the line for 20 minutes while the teller was struggling with one customer.
There was a trainee on duty as well who tried to assist because the line was getting even longer, but the manager refused and carried on with this customer who'd they had been busy with for at least 40 minutes already.
I come from the service industry and this is truly not on and that not customer service... I have even worked for Edcon and this was not the service we strive for. The situation could have been handled better and I'm sure that if the company gets new people who know their job and what customer service you'd do so much better.
The people currently employed there are in the wrong profession, I personally think they should be the cleaner or security
