After my account has been approved, I went to the Brightwater Commons store to collect my card. They said that the card number did not match my reference number. The store tried to phone the help desk on numerous occasions, holding the line for no less that 20 minutes. It is impossible to get through to these people, if their own stores can't even get hold of them, how am I as consumer supposed to do it?? I feel helpless since this is supposed to be such a simple task. I just want to collect my card!!!
