Disgusting service with regards a credit card

After being a customer of Woolworths for many many years and NEVER missed a payment, Woolworths contacted me, offering me a Woolworths creditcard. Firstly the lady who offered it to me said if I don't have proof of residence, I need to have an avidavit done. I went to the police and had an avidavit done. Woolworths in Knysna would NOT accept this legal document. They made me do an in-house avidavit. So I had to return to the police station and have it stamped again. The staff at the Knysna mall were the most unhelpful and rude staff I ever met. They eventually gave me my credit card. After using it over the month of August, when I wanted to use it at a paypoint I was told it was declined, making me feel like an absolute in public! I went to the Amanzimtoti branch to find out why it was declined and they said they officer at the police station didn't write his rank on the avidavit! I had it done for a third time in Amanzimtoti today. The person at the financial services said he will phone me back in 10 minutes after faxing through the forms to Durban. Its an hour later, and I am still waiting for the promised phone call!!
