Well its clear... the days od customer service at Woolies are WAYYYYY Over!!
You are obviously not in that game any longer...
Judging from the incident that took place where i was berated & scolded by a manager when i returned a pacakage of meat..which i had changed my mind about usuing, which was FINE within the user date & so on..
That is MY perogative as a customer..I spent close to R200 on 4 paks of ostrich meat on the 18-Aug 13 & changed my mind aboutusing the cubes..Sadly this was INCONVENIENT FOR MEALIISA who proceeded to berate me on store policy of NOW they will have to throw it out as cold chain is broken..Perhaps someone should go over CUSTOMER SERVICE etiquette with her or better yet FIRE HER! as she is clueless--Whats made my blood boil, is that i went back to see another Manager & HE promised me someone would call me apologize ETC. that too has not happened..So i guess i'll be taking my business elsewhere..& the thousands of rands i spent will go to another retailer..SHAMEFUL..U have lost a customer & ill make sure my Mom & all of the people i know are aware of your methods--REALLY PATHETIC! SHAME ON YOU
