For the past 4 months now I have been receiving sms from Tekkie Town, stating that my account is in arrears. Every month now I keep having to fax my proof of payment to a Cape town office (Fax no: 021-597 4860) I am bothered by this because my concern is that the Credit Bereau will tag me as an inconsistent debtor which in turn affects my credit rating. I need answeres from these people because 2 days ago I requested a statement from RCS Tekkie Town, so that I can reconcile this account. They have still not e-mailed it to me.
This problem must come to an end now!!
