Drop in quality of service

Disappointed to say that I have noticed a serious drop in the quality of service at Takelaot. I have been a long time customer and seldom had issues and even preferred them to the other online retailers.

I had to return my tablet docking station 3 weeks ago after trying to arrange for the driver to collect from me that took almost a week as he stopped at my place and drove off saying nobody was home. Eventually 3 days later I was able to make arrangements to collect it from me at the office again phoning takealot to findout when they were going to collect.

I followed up a week later to find out where my dock was and what the timelines were but there was no definitive date as to when I will receive my dock. I again followed up a week later (week 2) to ask what was happening and this time was told that my dock has been fixed and will be returned - this was last Friday

I just got off the phone after being put on hold without any word of warning there was just silence and all of a sudden I was listening to an automated message to say that all the consultants where busy. 10 mins passed and I just slammed the phone down and started typing [URL Removed] on takelaot
