Good day

i spoke to 3 People yesterday and none of them wanted to help me -

My pasel was deliverd but when we opend it now it was broken in the pakaging (this was a gift to some one) everyone told me that i cant return it as the 14 day period is over -

So i phoned again for the 4th time and Hilton was the only one willing to help me and he was so frendly the whole time -

Thank you so much Hilton you are the only one that i will deal with from now on as the rest of the staff is not helping at all!! including the Supervisors
