They treat their customers as if we just numbers

I bought a haven bed from home choice 3weeks ago & when i was placing my order, the lady who helped me cornfirmed all i will be getting including a free gift from home choice.last week friday their delivery guys came to deliver & i asked them about my gift, they showed me my invoice & told me that they here to deliver only whats on the invoice & theres no gift mentioned there.i called home choice on monday to ask & Julie told me that my gift when she check on the system, it shows that my gift was packed with my order.i then asked her so who should be liable for making sure that i get the gift since i didnt & i wudnt even go this far if i did receive.ive been a loyal customer of homechoice for years now & you can even check my track record when it comes to payment.im always up to date but you fail to deliver what you promise & you expect us to still do business with you.it will be the 1st time i get a gift from you guys & i was so excited about it & now nothing is done to deliver what you promise.i demand my gift as promised cos you also never forget to remind us of your payments.can you for once be responsible & take good care of your valued customers.i need someone to follow up
