I was at Mr price city mall on Friday. I love Mr price clothing and to shop at the city mall branch. One of the managers there is called Franco who is always friendly, interested in the whereabouts of the store, staff and costumers. I had a bad experience on Friday, the store was so busy, hot and humid in there! I asked a sales person if they can please switch the air- on. She then said that the senior manager called Mr Botha doesn't want it switched on. I just feel that winter is over for now. Its warm, we want to shop and enjoy it, and where is the music in that store? Please advise that store to turn up the cold and music so we can shop more!
