I recently went to the Mr Price at the East Rand Mall and i will not be going there again!!
I can not believe the lack of professionalism that is going on in that store!!
The music was so loud. Music is nice to listen to, but when you are under a speaker and you can't even hear the person next to you... come on how are you supposed to enjoy that! Plus you had other customers that also agreed with me while in the store that the music was way too loud, and not appropriate for all customers.
PLUS the staff that management pay to work - were having so much fun dancing around the store - wow now that really is professional i wish i could get paid for "jolling" at work.
I really felt no customer service, and the store VERY unprofessional.
I have an account with Mr Price, and have had good service from Mr Price - but this has actually discouraged me from using Mr Price... i cant support such unprofessional service.
I really hope management will have a closer look at what is going on in their stores... because heaven help them if a mystery shopper goes into that store and see's exactly what is going on and reports back.
