On Friday the 9th of August 2013 I stopped at the BP Luipaard Krugersdorp shop to draw money and buy something with my son. The music in the shop was so loud that we could not even talk to each other in the shop. I ask 2 of the shop attendence to put the music softer as it was so loud both pointed to a lady in the shop. When i approched her and ask to please put the music softer she gave me the worst attitude ever, she told me ' no i wont we love this music and started dancing just to provoke me', I then told her im the customer you know when she told me to my face 'i dont care! '.
I dont know if she is the manager of the store but i have never ever experience something so rude and unprofessional in my life.
I'm a business owner myself and someone like her is truely, from a business point of view very very bad for any business!!!
