2 weeks ago I went to Centurion Mall Music Moods looking for a box set DVD of Boston Legal. They were unfortunately out of stock but agreed to order this item for me. The price was given to me & my wife before allowing them to order it & agreed that I will not seek the same dvd's at any other store. After several visits to the store I eventually got a sms with the good news that it has arrived for collection. I made my way to the store for the collection and had a huge surprise that the price had literally doubled to initial price. The person/s that assisted me initially & during this transaction/s never made mention of a possibility of an increase in price, let alone a 100% increase. A senior staff member Thys then had the audacity to tell me that I wasted my time coming to the store and if I don't want it then I can leave. Furthermore said that the price was given to my wife prior my collection. I asked my wife about it and she has no knowledge of this call. Weird enough though only my phone details was left with them & I was the 1 that received the sms but no calls. Client service & company integrity means nothing to these guys and lack any decency or courtesy towards clients.
