One week after my previous report and my issue still hasn't been resolved, receiving emails to ask when is it convenient to contact me yet no-one does, this was an out the box failure! Kalahari says they will decide what they do once they have the device, Joke! Courier company collected the device on the 11th at about 13H00 and based on tracking on their website it still hasn't been delivered to Kalahari. It is a joke, will do next report next Monday I assume little would have changed by then... I should have had a replacement or refund by now if they were serious about service.
