I Went to Foschini Festival mall to purchase a cellphone on Saturday. I asked for assistance and was told that Jerry would assist me however he was busy with another customer. once he was done Jerry didn't even come to either excuse himself or find out what i need assistance with he just took his phone and went to the back. I waited for about 5 min for him to come back but there was not show of Jerry, eventually when he comes out he stands at the shoes department having a conversation with his college and on his phone, I again ask for assistance and they call him but he doesn't come. I'm really appalled by his ignorance in the customer and if he was doing something work related it's not standing and disturbing your other colleges who are the to actually work. Jerry read up more about customer service if training is not offered to you.
