Hey its like more than one month since my initial Report. First some lady with no customer service experience replies to my initial report and says they will contact me to sort the problem out, then a few weeks later I reply as she did not follow up with her word as I was not contacted, I write a second report then the very next day I get a call from some lady very nicely saying that a Manager will contact me soon to resolve the issue. Not sure if soon is this year still as its been like a month already and no answer from Pick and Pay.
I just hope that you don't treat all your clients like this. Maybe you should get a new logo "Pick and Pay the store who does'nt give a "
