I was in and out of the country the past few months dealing with some family problems therefor i fell short and behind with my fees payment.next thing i knew i am handed over to attorneys for not paying fees.what i dont understand is when i stopped paying fees delivery of study materials was stopped meaning i could not get them because i did not pay for them, the ones i got right now are paid for, so why am handed over to attorneys when i dont anything that is not paid for? with most colleges when a student is unable to pay fees exam results are withheld and study materials are not given out till they can settle their bill, what i want to know is what kind of a college would hand over a student to deal with attorneys for lack of fees??
