I believe as an account holder i deserve to be treated with respect, each and everyday doing my shopping, i got poor service from the store manager out of all people.
i went the to purchase a Hat, got to the till, sipho was there (Manager), He then asked me what type of account i have - 6 or 12 months, then i told him am not sure, he then stood there, looked straight in my eyes with the a sarcastic look-he was so rude that he didn't bother to educate me as to what he is referring to.
Am so disgusted as to the type of reputation he's bringing to the company and at this point i will pay off my account and close it.
