Reconciling of account very confusing

I made a call this morning regarding the reconciling of my account. Only to be cut off by a very confused consultant who is quick to identify the client but not herself for future references. Every month before payment my wife requested the amount due and made payments accordingly. Now out of the blue I get a call informing me that the amounts paid since July was short!!!

How can this be if no notice was served upon me and no notice given to her when payments were made. I need Edgars to clear the disparity asap.
