What terrible service from edgars: thulisile khoza

Hi.

I just had to write about the terrible service I just received from an Edgars employee.

It was about 12pm today on the 8th of September 2013 when, where I a previous client of Edgars refered a family member to join the club. The entire process of was very smooth up until we had to go and collect the card from the store.

When we go there we found that the whole store was only using one till on a weekend, of which we were in patient with, furthermore the person assisting us (thulisile) was still taking their sweet time in assisting us. after waiting a good 20-30 minutes if not more, she then tells us her system is offline and that we must go to edgars and do it there. I then said "after all that waiting" and to that her shocking response was that when she said we should go to edgars, she was on. speaking to me. she clearly knew that I we were together! I then told her that she does not know who I am and how I am related to her prospective client, she still continued to be rude telling me that I have no place to talk as she is talking to her client.

I have been with the group for years and have never experienced such terrible service!
