I went into Miladys store today on the 07 September 2013 in Menlyn, I wanted to make a purchase and was told their system is off-line I was asked to come back later which I did and the system was still off. I asked if I could make the purchase at a later stage at the same price and was told that my request is impossible. I spoke to a lady called Jane who was the senior at the store at the time and she blatantly told me that my request could not be made. This puzzled me because firstly it is not my fault that the system is off and had it not been for that I would have made my purchase. Honestly I dont understand why I received such poor service when it was not my fault for such things. I shall never set foot in that store based on their poor service and that was one of my favourite stores.
