No After Sale from pro shop or Cleveland

Purchased a new cleveland xl driver from woodmead superstore on-line on Sunday 1 September the packaged got delivered on Thursday. I then took my new driver to the driving range to test out after the 4th ball the shaft broke of clean. Its friday so my brand new driver is already broken. wow

Took it straight to The Pro shop at Somerset West to find out that they will have to find out from cleveland if there is any defect and then they will let me know if they are going to replace it. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous that a client has to wait to get his brand new driver back if its not even a few hours old. Where is my right Right to fair value, good quality.

Had to call in 3 times before Cleveland Sale rep gave me a call with I cant help you, you will have to wait attitude.

I had a look at my statements and has spend over R16000 over the past month at the pro shop i will from now on take my money elsewhere.

Very bad after Sales service!
