On 9 July 2013, I reported bad service from The Bed Shop in Witbank and also the main office in Johannesburg, they kept me waiting with no response after numerous phone calls and empty promises.
Mohammed at The Bed Shop in Trichardt contacted me about a month ago and told me that this specific bed was out of stock and as soon as they receive new stock they would do the exchange and deliver a new bed to me. I am happy to say that on 3 September 2013 the exchange took place, and I am one happy customer.
I appreciate The Bed Shop's head office for contacting Mohammed, and also Mohammed for his part in this matter. The Bed Shop In Trichardt is definitely a shop to visit, those guys are friendly, thank you again Mohammed!!!
