Mohammed Sader was the person I spoke to regarding my Household Insurance, I mentioned that I've been experiencing some health problems this year and I don't have medical Aid. Mohammed drove to my house at night to hand me a gift card which I can use at a doctor. Something like that cannot be trained nor forced on any employee.
